It's hard to recommend V.O.I.D over other options in the catalog for anything other than its low price. It has two virtues which are its variety of eras to visit and its double playability depending on the character to choose. Unfortunately its depth as a game is low. The levels lack complexity, the enemies are a simple annoyance and there are no secrets, extra modes or incentives that invite you to replay it. A video game that offers just enough for a pass without any fanfare.
