Truth be told, I’m not exactly sure what else to say. Spy Bros finally getting a port is great, it not having adult content anymore is arguably a plus too, so say…a fan of it could have their kid play too. This really makes me glad Toaplan and Tatsujin are pushing hard for their games to get out here now. And I commend RAWR Lab for loving this game and being passionate to spread the love to a new set of fans. Also, yes you can disable backgrounds. I just happen to like them on.

Spy Bros. Pipi & Bibi DX es una experiencia muy desafiante, pero también muy entretenida. Gracias a sus distintos ambientes no se hace demasiado repetitiva, y las opciones de rejugabilidad y multijugador aderezan a la perfección su propuesta plataformera. Destruir la base enemiga y escapar sin ser cazado es todo un reto, pero engancha.

Spy Bros. is fun. It’s by no means a classic arcade title, but it’s the kind of thing that you can pick up and have fun with in short bursts of time, particularly in multiplayer. Some will find the “all-ages” revision to be appealing too, precisely because this is the kind of game that everyone in the family can play, and enjoy together. It won’t last you like some other great arcade games, but it’s also priced nicely as an impulse buy and a chance to discover (half) of one of the more obscure titles in Toaplan’s history.
