Survival not only depends on getting away from zombies, it is also important to defend the haven from bandits and thieves. Other survivors have built their own settlements and see yours as a threat. In the post-apocalyptic world, each new settlement discovered is treated as a new threat, as a potential enemy. Confidence is no longer part of the human spirit, now, it is an exception in life.
