The story places us in the Neo Koban Police Station where we will be in charge of patrolling the four most conflictive districts of the city: Ginza, Hibiya, Shinjuku and Shibuya.

The objective of the game is to clean the streets of Tokyo of criminals within a time limit, if we succeed we will go up in promotion. In total there are 32 criminals divided into various organized gangs.

We can choose between 4 characters (the police officers: Isamu, Kazu, Reika and Junko) and a total of up to 6 vehicles, with 3 extra vehicles which will be "unlocked" as we progress through the game. The control panel consists of a steering wheel with two pedals, accelerate and brake, and 3 buttons for siren and change of perspective of the game. It also has a numeric panel that helps us save our starting data and thus be able to continue at that same point when starting a new game.
