Manairons is a game suited only really for the most hardcore and nostalgic of retro 3D platform gamers. To a modern audience, the experience will undoubtedly feel a bit too rushed and visually lacklustre to recommend. The combat is very basic in design, lacking style and weight, whereas puzzle solving can be rewarding when we piece together the solution and activate some helpful contraption. It\'s the moments in-between where things start becoming increasingly boring. As it stands, Manairons could benefit from a bit more time to cook in the oven.
