Space Bros is a collaborative arcade adventure with a RPG little feature for ZX Spectrum 128K. It can be played on a real Spectrum or using an emulator.

Brothers Matt and Lars explore planets in the galaxy in search of new energy sources. Lars has stopped emitting a signal from his last destination; his brother Matt sets off to find him. But they are not alone; they have the help of A.L.I.C.E. (Advanced Learning Intelligence Core Engine) to guide them. 

Control the brothers, make them collaborate, and help them get out of the mess they've gotten into. Furthermore, the more of the map you explore, the more experience you gain, which allows you to receive less damage from enemies and the environment in subsequent games.

An adventure from the old days, where discovering (and drawing the map with pen and paper) was a large part of the game. Find your equipment and use it to explore the 48 screens of planet Arboreto through 5 zones: forest, caves, white level alien base, blue, and magenta. The communicator will allow you to switch players, the jetpack will allow you to jump higher, the plasma cutter is used to cut crystals, and the bag is for storing them.

Collaborate to open doors and send key objects through teleportation portals. But beware! You are not alone!! You will have to avoid a hundred enemies, some of whom will chase you relentlessly if you get too close!

Complete the 16 levels of the Crystal Cut mini-game to extract energy from the green crystals! You will need them to energize each of the 4 keycards that give access to the different areas of the map. But be careful, the crystals are very unstable and can explode at any moment, damaging your suit.

The game has been coded in compiled basic (Boriel ZX Basic) and is an entry to the Bytemaniacos 2025 Basic Contest.
