The famous Dinamic Multimedia saga also had its own game dedicated to the Soccer World Cup held in 1998 in France. With a large database that compiled all official international competitions, as well as all the stadiums where it would be played.
You could play a friendly match, to get acquainted with the controls, start the World Cup with any participating team with the players officially selected for your selection, or play as a national coach of Spain and personally choose the 22 players that would participate. Once selected you could choose the tactics, the numbers, the positions, the training, etc. It was also possible to play the qualifying phase for Euro 2000 with the Spanish team.
It had version 6.5 of the simulator, an improved version of the one included in PC Fútbol 6.0 and its 6.1 update.
