Next Fest and Next Steps [Feedback Survey Open!]

Next Fest has started and several people are already trying out the Day at the Office Prologue demo. I'm currently working on fixing bugs and adding the remaining content in preparation for releasing the full game on Halloween (at which point the Demo will no longer be available). Improvements I'm working on:

• Full controller support.

• Voice actors.

• Bug fixes (Graphics and gameplay issues such as dead ends).

• Design changes to some confusing puzzles.

• General UI improvements.

• Ending/Content expansion + "Good" ending.

• Achievements.

Just in case I'm leaving something out or just to take into account your opinion as players, I've created a short survey so that, if you have 5 minutes to spare, you can help me improve.

ABOUT THE FUTURE OF DAY AT THE OFFICE

Scheduled for release on October, "Day at the Office - Prologue" will offer an initial experience of the game in a Free to Play format. This is a free introduction to the series, future titles and content will be paid.

About the Game

"Work is good for your health! Or so they say, right?"

SYNOPSIS

You wake up in the middle of the office, but... you shouldn't be there anymore. Try to escape from a maze of rooms that will test your wits while you answer the phone to a malicious entity that knows a lot about you. You don't have time to waste... the phone is already ringing.

SURVIVE

You will have to endure the stress in the office, but don't worry, you'll have some tools to help you:

• Anxiolytic Meds

• Gun

• Lighter

"Not too many resources, right? They wouldn't pay so much if it were easy..."

FIGHT OR FLIGHT

"Does making decisions under pressure stress you out? That wasn't in your resume..."

The sound of the phone won't be your only enemy. Facing horrors or running from them when possible is an important decision. Think fast and act, but remember... bullets are limited.

DO YOUR JOB... OR NOT

Each time you answer a call, the entity will try to learn more about what you think about your past, or perhaps test you. The only rule at work is to answer with a simple "Yes" or "No." Picking up the phone or not, and the answer you give if you dare to answer, will change your fate within the office.

INVESTIGATE

"I hope you're not one of those who takes sick leave over any little problem... Death doesn't mean the end."

The situations you face may have multiple solutions. Try different options, think again about that call, or thoroughly investigate the places you find, and who knows... maybe little by little you'll find a way to cheat your fate at work.
