The biggest karting tournament throughout history is being held, dragging in racers from all over the timeline in order to determine one thing and one thing only: Who is the best racer of all time?

Throughout history racing tournaments have had the goal of determining the best racer alive. However, the Chrono Club initiative has aimed to go even higher! They intend to find the best kart racer of all time, front and back! It is going to be a race against time.
