The Penitent One has gained a new ally as Miriam from Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night crosses over into the land of Cvstodia! A totally new quest in which Miriam, star of Bloodstained - Ritual of the Night, makes an appearance.

The Boss Rush Mode features courses containing a selection of bosses that players can take on using any of their save files. Each run is scored based on various factors, with medals rewarded for the toughest encounters.

The Demake Area is a new zone that pays homage to classic 8-bit platformers. Providing a linear experience, the Demake Area can be accessed through an arcade cabinet hidden in a secret location in Cystodia. In keeping with its retro theme, the Demake Area will have reimagined visuals, and different core mechanics to suit the classic style.
