Put yourself in the shoes of Dr. Gregory House, the most irreverent doctor on television, and help him solve a complex medical case proposed by Dr. Cuddy, director of Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital, where the series takes place.

With the help of your team, formed by doctors Chase, Cameron and Foreman, the player must study the patient's symptoms and assign different diagnoses until the cause of his illness is discovered.
