Raiders of the Broken Planet is an ambitious game that is as loud and stylish as it is fun. The campaign levels are fun and with varied characters available provide plenty of replay value - and it's more fun if you bring friends along.

Everything that Kyurinaga's Revenge has to offer would make for an amazing game, but with a lacklustre combat system, it just feels like an above average platformer with the pretensions of a high-action game.

This doesn't prevent Kyurinaga's Revenge from being a good game, but it's just not an astounding one. Temper your expectations and keep an open mind and you'll find it rewarding in areas you wouldn't expect it to be.

Overall, however, Pharaonic is rather enjoyable – if at times frustrating. The graphics are grand and the setting is neat, if faintly cliché (more historical facts could’ve really elevated the game). But if you’re prepared for a lighter version of Dark Souls, rather than the campy fun of Abe’s Oddysee, then there’s a whole lot here you’re going to love.

An immensely enjoyable and viciously difficult experience, with plenty of variation in pick-ups and randomised level design. Satisfying combat and a stylish art design round out the game’s highlights.

Grand Prix Rock'N Racing is a good little racing game for those of you who don't mind a few rough edges. This is a game that rewards your perseverance and is definitely worth investing a few hours in.

Without spoiling to much of the game in this review as I can’t recommend this game enough for the true died hard RPG gamers out there, not just for the story and gameplay. More the fact its captures the classic retro style of a NES gaming.

A nostalgic side-scrolling beat'em up in the early 90's tradition. A so bad it's good affair that people who like some polish with their games should probably avoid. Good fun if you don't want to take your zombie slaying too seriously.

Super Toy Cars reminds me very well of my younger days playing MicroMachines which is great, graphically this game is very nice to look at and the price point is great! The physics let it down slightly but

the lack of multiplayer couldn't be ignored. All in all its a good table top racer game to play locally with friends and if you like single player career racer games go for it!!

As far as Twin-Stick shooters go, you could do a hell of a lot worse than Tachyon Project for  £7.99. There are a good few hours of fun to be hand in the story mode, and the Challenge Mode with Leaderboards will only extend this gameplay, with the constant murmuring in your ears of “one more game”. It doesn’t have the stunning art style of Geometry Wars, but Tachyon Project has a lot of it’s own merits that certainly make it worth checking out. Tachyon Project is available on The Xbox Store now.
