During the time of this review, the price point of this game on steam is $16.66, which is a very unique price point for a game. I think the game is worth this price point. What I noticed however and this is just me overthinking, but most games on steam are $19.99, but when a game is on sale, it would have a unique price point such as $19.40. This game, however, is not on sale and has a weird price point but notice the 666 I think because this is a horror game that they choose 16.66 which is very creative cause its a horror games but that’s just my speculation, but if they did do it for that reason that’s BLOODY BRILLIANT. Now for the final score!!

Overall it is an ok game, and I would recommend the game to those that enjoy puzzle games like Lemmings that will not be offended on the game’s take on Jesus and God. If not I would avoid it. The difficulty was as expect from these types of games. I found it a nice challenge that makes you feel accomplished when completing them but I can’t say I would replay it to get the max scores as I thought getting past them was enough for me.

Moonlighter felt very refreshing and I would even be interested in getting it on the Nintendo Switch with how easy it is to pick up and put down. I would fully recommend this to anyone that enjoys top-down games or a nice rewarding challenge. The game could be seen as a bit repetitive in the combat you use to tackle some enemies with your weapon choices. I would be very excited if this game ever gets a sequel and I could see more games adopting the merchant side of it. My only wish for the game is that I wish the town was more lively than just for your own personal use and for your dungeon treks. I really couldn’t connect to any of the villagers in the town in any meaningful way and they seemed very uninteresting.

Sad as it is, Noahmund has been one of the most disappointing indie games of 2018. It was a game that, at first glance, looked and sounded amazing. However, as I started to play it, I immediately was filled with regret. I cannot and would not recommend anyone spend more than a $1 for this title. Current price is $19.99 (USD) on Steam and that is just way overpriced

While Solo, retailing at $14.99 (USD) on Steam, is still a technically competent 3-D puzzle-platformer that is generally fun to play, its short length and the inability of the story to really “click” with me ultimately knocks it down a few pegs. Perhaps, if loving relationships mean a lot to you, this might be more to your liking than it was to mine.

Game play aside, this game suffers from some bugs. About five minutes in, I got stuck in a wall twice, which made me have to restart from a last checkpoint, but, as I hadn’t seemed to reach any at that time, I had to watch the whole unskippable intro of the game two more times. Along with that problem, I encountered many instances of FPS dips, caused mostly when looking around to observe large parts of the environment.

My only complaint for White Noise 2 is that there just are not enough people playing the game. I think the most I encountered was just over 120 worldwide. In order to get into a game lobby with others, there has to be people playing the game. I hope more people find this hidden gem on Steam. I have encouraged a few friends to pick it up and look forward to playing with them soon.

Overall, the game is decent. I would probably play it again, but I’m highly unsure, as the controls in between stages kind of screw you over for the next stage. It’s a silly game that makes time pass a little faster; I’ll give it that. With the reasonable price of $9.99 (USD) on Steam, you should totally grab it and give it a chance! I did, and I kind of enjoyed it, too.

Rise & Shine can be finished as quickly as 2-3 hours, or as much as 10-12 depending on someone’s skill level, and if they want to 100% the game. By 100% I mean get all the achievements and find all the secrets. So is it worth the $14.99 USD price on Steam? Personally I would say yes, given I played it and loved it. I can see, however, if you are looking at it and never played it, nor seen it played, that you might be iffy about it. Lastly I will say this about any video game you’re looking at: Do your research and make sure it’s for you. For me, this game definitely is.

Art and music wise, Stories of Bethem: Full Moon is a mixed bag. The graphics for Full Moon are much better than its predecessor with more vibrant colors, most characters having unique sprites and the monsters following suit with unique color pallets for each variations though you see a lot of colors get reused as the monsters get harder as sort of a sign or warning of what variation you are fighting. Musically though is where the 8 bit chiptunes begin to feel old though, most zones you go through, you will pass more than a few times and if your farming gems for that one item or a potion from central city, you will grow tired of it quickly. The boss music though is refreshing, changing with tones and notes depending on where you are and what you’re fighting. The lack of Voice acting felt like a let down though for a revamped edition of a game, especially with the amount of text you have to go through for some sections.
